Return Policy

We know you or someone special will love our jewellery organizer.

Due to the nature of our product, we must assess each return on a case-by-case basis. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and follow the process below for return approval. All returns are subject to our Terms & Conditions.

How do I make a return or refund?

We want you to feel confident with every Artsories purchase. If you would like to request a return, please email enquiry@artsories.com with your order number included in the subject line.

Returns may be accepted if the item is:

- Unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition, and returned in its original box and protective packaging, securely packed to prevent damage in transit.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping address. Please dispatch your return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as Artsories cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or delayed in transit. After we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (timing may vary depending on your bank/payment provider).

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at enquiry@artsories.com with your order number and clear photos showing the item’s condition and packaging. We assess these matters on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to reach a fair and satisfactory resolution.
