Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

How long does it take to process an order?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, please contact us at enquiry@artsories.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

How much is the shipping fee?

FREE! We offer free shipping domestically and internationally. There will be no shipping surcharges incurred upon checkout. We ship to most countries. However, if we are unable to process your order we will notify you and refund your full order. ​Artsories is not responsible for any additional charges associated with international customs & taxes.

How long is the shipping?

We can't guarantee the shipping time as it depends on your location and the local courier service. We know you are excited to receive your package as much as we do but please be patience and allow more time to be delivered during the festive season. We will not be held accountable for any delay.
