How long does it take to process an order?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, please contact us at enquiry@artsories.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and Australia Post rates. We ship to most countries worldwide and take great care in packaging each order for a secure journey. If we’re unable to fulfil your order at your address, we’ll notify you promptly and provide a full refund.

How long is the shipping?

We can't guarantee the shipping time as it depends on your location and the local courier service. We know you are excited to receive your package as much as we are, but please be patient and allow more time to be delivered during the festive season. We will not be held accountable for any delay.
