Return and Refund Policy

We know you or someone special will love our ARTSORIES jewelry organizer.

Due to the nature of our product, we must approve each return on a case-by-case basis. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and follow the below process for return approval. All returns are subject to our Terms & Conditions.

How do I make a return or refund?

We would like you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If, for any reason, you wish to request a return, please kindly email us at enquiry@artsories.com with your order number in the subject field. We will reach out to you once the return is accepted.

We accept returns if the item is unused, undamaged, and packed in its original boxed and packaging. All returns must be handled with care and returned securely in their original condition.

​Please ship your item back to us within 14 days of receipt, a shipping address will be provided upon return approval. Please note that the return shipping cost is to be paid by the purchaser, please ensure you select tracking as we cannot take responsibility for lost packages.

Once the package is received, the item will be checked and we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. If your order arrives damaged please email us as soon as possible at enquiry@artsories.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
